Identity Card or authorisation to collect the goods and / or authorisation for the customs procedure for the customs authority
The air waybill number or consignment arrival notification
Companies and forwarding companies also need to present: 
Proof of assignment of the Tax Identification Number (TAX ID number)
An extract from the Commercial Register, trade licence or import licence

Customs clearance


All shipments proceeding from a third country must be released by the local customs authority under the relevant mode (free circulation, transit to a domestic customs house, etc.) before they can be released from Skyport’s warehouse. The release of the shipment is confirmed by the customs authority by stamping the original of the air way bill

The customs authority office is located at the Airport Business Centre office building opposite the terminal 1 of the new Prague-Ruzyně Airport.

Single Administrative Document or Transit Declaration
Invoice of the goods
Any other accompanying documents confirming the origins of the goods, their nature, or harmlessness to health

Customs clearance


We offer customs clearance as one of our services at our airport branch in Bratislava.

All shipments proceeding from a third country must be released by the local customs authority under the relevant mode (free circulation, transit to a domestic customs house, etc.) before they can be released from Skyport’s warehouse. The release of the shipment is confirmed by the customs authority by stamping the original of the air way bill

The customs office is located at M. R. Štefánka Airport, Bratislava (near FYTO and the veterinary station) and provides customs clearance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
